"Meet the Brooklin's family: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-GqLfEIuNHs

If this family has googled/youtubed their way to building a house, it is fair to probably say we can google to learn just about anything!  Throughout this course, there will be intentional times that you are "thrown into the water" to learn how to swim.  This is intentional...so that you learn to figure things out through your fingertips.  Once you are in the classroom, you will need to figure out what technologies you want to use and how.  I won't do many of you very many favors spoon feeding technologies to you...my hope is that this will help you build the confidence that you can learn anything!

What are some of the craziest (or not so crazy) things that you have googled/youtubed to learn how to do?  It could be a recipe, to changing a car tire.   Make sure you reply to two peers! :)"

Here's my response to the prompt:

I think the craziest thing I have Googled/Youtubed was the video that Logan Paul made while in Japan about the suicide forest and the events that occurred there. It was definitely a curiosity thing. The not so crazy thing I googled was how to make brownies and other baked goods. I've also Googled a lot of videos on how to braid hair or anything with hair. I have so much hair I figured that I might as well do something with it.
