Alice Project

Our goal was to make a two minute video that told a story by using the program Alice. It was a difficult task for me because I have never used any programming before this but I am pretty proud of how it turned out. It wasn't enjoyable to make though. It took me at least six hours of work just to finish it. Then I couldn't figure out how to get it off of the program to our D2L (Desire to Learn) page. But through all the difficulty it was a good skill to learn.
Here's a brief explanation of what Alice is:
Alice is a software that is used as an educational language programming. Randy Pausch is the creator of Alice. It was developed for teachers from middle school to the university level. The goal of this is to teach the basics of programming. It can also be used for language and visual arts. One interesting thing about this software is that it doesn't require much, if any, programming knowledge. Which will make it easier for middle school children to understand how to use this software.
